Hotel Rosenlaui is powered by our own small hydro-power station and therefore electricity is cherished and conserved. In our kitchen one can find few modern cooking appliances. Instead, heavy pots and traditional cooking methods with history reign! However our cuisine is far from old fashioned. A modern, light and varied menu, based on seasonal and local products is very important to us.

On fine days we serve food from our grill and salad buffet, on rainy days we offer a select menu. Evening meals are very special and we spend much time preparing a delicious 4-course meal, which we serve in the pleasant, uncomplicated atmosphere of our restaurant, also open for non-guests. We do ask you to book in for evening meals before hand.
